EMV 2013: Future trends for electromagnetic compatibility

15.03.2013:

Electromagnetic compatibility continues to gain in importance as the ongoing development of electronic systems poses evermore questions about electromagnetic behavior. This trend was fortunate for the EMV Exhibition with Workshops in Stuttgart in 2013, as it addressed the latest EMC topics. Adhering to EMC guidelines ensures the necessary safety and reliability of electronic systems that play an increasing role in our everyday lives. A total of 113 suppliers of EMC equipment, components and services once again seized this opportunity to show their solutions to trade visitors from the EMC sector. Parallel to the exhibition and the forum there were user-oriented workshops providing both specialist know-how and basic knowledge on current EMC topics. In this way the event once again proved itself to be a perfect communication platform between research, product development and application. The main topic, electromobility, was a constant theme throughout the workshops and also proved to be a hot topic at the exhibition too. The e-Mobility space, organized by EMC Test NRW, was a strong crowd puller, offering exhibits and spontaneous expert lectures. With its extensive solution proposals and trendsetting topics in electromagnetic compatibility, the EMV Exhibition with Workshops in Stuttgart once again proved itself to be the central meeting point for the EMC sector. The EMV exhibition and congress will take place in Düsseldorf next year from the 11th-13th March, 2014.
